01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by SattvaRig, The Physio Clinic ("we", "our", "us"), including physiotherapy consultations, body scanner assessments, recovery services and our website (sattvarig.com). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

02Services

SattvaRig provides evidence-based physiotherapy and related services including:

• Performance Physiotherapy
• Injury Rehabilitation & Recovery
• Mobility & Strength Assessment
• Sport-Specific Conditioning
• Recovery Zone (Ice Bath + Assisted Therapy)
• Online Body Scanner Assessments

All services are provided by qualified, licensed physiotherapists. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical examination, your medical history and the goals determined collaboratively between you and your physiotherapist.

03Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked through the booking calendar on our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via SMS or email.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 4 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or restricted booking access.

04Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you consent to the physiotherapy examination and treatment procedures recommended by your physiotherapist, in accordance with their professional training and clinical judgment. You understand that:

• Physiotherapy may involve hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, taping and other modalities.
• Mild soreness, stiffness or discomfort may occur after treatment. This is a normal response.
• You have the right to refuse any treatment, ask questions about procedures, request an alternative approach, or seek a second opinion at any time.
• You are responsible for accurately disclosing your full medical history, current medications, allergies and any relevant health conditions.

05Payment

All fees are payable at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers and card payments. Treatment fees will be communicated to you before the commencement of treatment. By proceeding with treatment, you agree to the fees discussed.

06Body Scanner & Online Assessments

Our website features interactive body scanner tools designed to provide preliminary self-assessment guidance. Please note:

• Body scanner results are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
• Assessment data (zone, pain score, severity, responses) is collected and stored to improve our services and may be used to personalize your in-clinic experience.
• A proper diagnosis can only be made through an in-person clinical examination by a qualified physiotherapist.

07Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, physiotherapy outcomes depend on many factors including your adherence to the prescribed treatment plan, lifestyle and individual health conditions. SattvaRig and its practitioners shall not be held liable for:

• Outcomes that differ from expected results, provided treatment was delivered according to professional standards.
• Injuries or complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information.
• Injuries resulting from not following prescribed exercise programs or post-treatment instructions.
• Any decisions made based solely on online body scanner results without a professional consultation.

08Communication

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from SattvaRig related to:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups via SMS or email.
• Treatment-related updates and exercise instructions.
• Occasional promotional offers or health tips (you may opt out at any time).

09Intellectual Property

All content on the SattvaRig website, including text, design, graphics, logos, images, body scanner tools and code, is the intellectual property of SattvaRig and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.

10Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server or connected systems.
